Mi Casa Investment Group is a family-owned real estate investment company based in San Diego County. We buy houses, condos, and small multi-unit properties directly from owners in Chula Vista, National City, Bonita, Imperial Beach, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Paradise Hills, Skyline, Encanto, Logan Heights, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, La Mesa, and El Cajon. Some we renovate and resell; some we keep as rentals; some we sell to partner buyers, and we tell you which before anything is signed.

What we won't do
- Pressure you to sign today
- Record anything against your title before closing
- Charge up-front fees or “consulting” fees
- Sale-leaseback arrangements, which California regulates tightly and scammers abuse
- Pretend an offer is an appraisal or that a calculator result is a promise
Compliance
We are a direct buyer, not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we don't act as your agent. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and only text people who ask us to. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and your California rights. If we ever get something wrong, tell us — we'll fix it.
