Who we are
Mi Casa Investment Group (“Mi Casa,” “we,” “us”) is a family-run real estate investment company that buys residential property in San Diego County, California. Contact: hello@micasainvestmentgroup.com, (619) 547-0490.
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly — a property address you type into the address box (which is passed to our offer form at buyyour.casa), and anything you tell us by phone, text, or email, such as your name, contact details, and facts about the property and your situation.
- Analytics data — if you have not enabled a Global Privacy Control signal, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as using a calculator or clicking to the offer form. We configure Google Analytics without advertising features and do not use Google Signals.
- Calculator inputs — numbers you enter in our free tools stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- Public records — when evaluating a property we may look up ownership, tax, permit, and sales records from county and city sources.
How we use it

- To communicate with you about your property or a transaction
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
- To comply with legal obligations, including escrow, title, and tax reporting when a sale closes
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email), with escrow, title, and other parties necessary to close a transaction you've agreed to, with a partner buyer if we tell you in writing that we intend to assign a contract, and when required by law.
Your California privacy rights and choices
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of sale or sharing (we don't do either); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share: we do not sell or share personal information. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out, and when it's present we don't load analytics.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed for Google Analytics (when allowed) and for basic site function. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work. We don't use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on this site.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we'll use them only to communicate about your property. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. We don't share mobile numbers or consent with third parties for marketing.
Retention and security
We keep information about a property inquiry for as long as we're evaluating or transacting on it and as required for legal and tax records afterward. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we limit access to people who need it.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
