Mi Casa Investment Group is a real estate investor that buys residential property directly for its own account in San Diego County. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not act as your agent. If we ever work with a licensed agent or broker on a transaction, that relationship will be disclosed to you in writing.

Our free tools compute results from numbers you enter and assumptions you can change. Results are illustrations, not offers, appraisals, or predictions. Defaults are editable examples, not market statistics.

Nothing on this site is an offer to purchase. Any offer we make is in writing, specific to a property, subject to our review and a walkthrough, and may be less than the price a listed sale would bring. You are never obligated to accept an offer, and you may consult anyone you like before deciding. If we intend to assign a purchase contract to a partner buyer rather than close ourselves, we will tell you in writing before anything is signed.
