What that means in practice
- Every page has a skip link, a logical heading order, and visible focus states
- Text and background colors meet contrast requirements
- Forms have labels, error messages tied to their fields, and no time limits
- Calculator results are announced to screen readers
- The site works at 200% zoom and on small screens
- Motion respects your reduce-motion setting
- Every page is available in both English and Spanish with correct language tagging
